No. Voice recordings are automatically deleted 30 days after the session ends. Transcripts remain available for your review until you choose to delete them.

Will my data be used to train AI models?

No. Your interview data is never used for AI model training or fine-tuning. We use third-party AI APIs under agreements that also prohibit using your data for training.

How can I delete my account?

Use the Account deletion page to submit. Signed-in users are signed out after submission.

Can interviewers or employers see my Offer.cc usage?

Offer.cc does not share your data with interviewers, employers, or third parties. In screen-sharing scenarios, visibility depends on the meeting client, OS version, and sharing settings. The desktop app provides panel hiding; get familiar with shortcuts before the real interview.

What happens to my screenshots during interviews?

Screenshots are processed in real time to detect interview questions and generate answer outlines. They are temporarily stored during the session and follow the same 30-day automatic deletion policy as audio data.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers. We never store your credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
