OfferCC does not provide an audio file or playback. Raw audio is sent to a speech-processing provider in real time and is not written to OfferCC’s own storage. Transcripts and generated Q&A are saved.

Audio is used to recognize live questions; transcripts and screenshots are used to generate answers. Account, order, and usage records support sign-in, billing, refunds, usage analysis, and ad-conversion measurement. The providers behind those functions process the data needed to do the work. Regular question screenshots are sent to Alibaba Cloud for recognition. A screenshot used to correct an answer is sent through Vercel to Google Cloud for that correction only and is not kept in history.

Account deletion removes sign-in access and clears personal details, resumes, interviews, transcripts, and generated Q&A. Necessary order and financial records are retained with personal information removed. Contact support about another specific record.

OfferCC does not proactively send your interview content to an interviewer or employer. What appears during screen sharing depends on the meeting app, operating-system version, and sharing settings. The desktop app can hide the panel; learn the shortcut before the interview.

When you trigger Screenshot, the image is held only in current-session memory and sent to Alibaba Cloud to recognize the problem. After recognition, it remains as the current question thumbnail until you clear the current question or the interview ends. OfferCC does not save the original image or an image URL in its own storage or interview record. A screenshot used to correct an answer is sent through Vercel to Google Cloud for that correction only and is not kept in history.

Third-party payment providers complete payments. OfferCC keeps the order amount, status, credited balance, and refund records. The payment provider’s terms govern how payment credentials are handled.
