OfferCC App Terms of Service

1. Terms and service scope

These terms form an agreement between you and Beijing Shenma Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. for the OfferCC mobile app and its companion web features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

• OfferCC is provided for mock interviews, interview training, resume organization, and practice review.
• Some features require you to sign in, grant device permissions, or have enough minutes available.
• Available features, prices, and regions are those shown in the app and the applicable app store at the time of use or purchase.

2. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep the phone number or Apple, Google, or GitHub account used to sign in available.
• You must protect your account and device and may not transfer, rent, or share your account with another person.
• If you discover unauthorized use, sign out affected sessions and contact us through App Support.
• We may restrict or terminate an account or feature when these terms, the law, or security rules are violated.

3. Training content and answer examples

OfferCC may use role, resume, and practice-question information to generate training content:

• Answer examples and organized results are generated with automated technology and may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not fit your circumstances.
• Content is for training and reference only. It is not a standard answer, hiring promise, or professional advice.
• You must independently verify information, develop your own response, and decide how to use the content.
• OfferCC does not guarantee interview results, hiring outcomes, or any specific training result.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law and the rules of interviewers, employers, schools, and platforms:

• Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, cheating, or evasion of third-party rules.
• Do not upload resumes, files, personal data, or other content you are not authorized to use.
• Do not reverse engineer, crack, automate abusive use, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, or conduct network attacks.

5. Minutes and in-app purchases

OfferCC uses minutes to measure digital-service usage:

• Minutes are used against training-service time. They are not legal tender, a stored-value account, or transferable property.
• The price and currency are those shown at the time of purchase by Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.
• Apple handles iOS payments, subject to Apple Media Services terms and refund rules. Google Play handles Android payments, subject to Google Play terms of service and refund rules.
• After a successful purchase is verified, minutes are credited only to the OfferCC account linked at the time of purchase.
• Refunds and revocations are handled under the applicable app store rules and law. You can contact the developer through App Support for assistance. Corresponding available minutes may be reduced to a minimum of zero; completed training records are not rewritten as a result.

6. User content and intellectual property

• You retain rights in resumes and other content you lawfully upload and license us to process that content only to provide, protect, and improve the service.
• OfferCC software, interfaces, trademarks, copy, and related intellectual property belong to Beijing Shenma Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. or the applicable rights holder.
• Without authorization, you may not copy, sell, publicly distribute, or create derivative versions of the service.

7. Changes, termination, and deletion

We may change the service for security, legal, maintenance, or product reasons and will provide notice when appropriate.

• You may stop using the service and request account deletion through My → Settings → Delete account.
• Account deletion revokes sign-in and removes personal resume and practice content. Payment facts that must be retained are de-identified.
• We may suspend or terminate service for a terms violation or security risk and retain necessary records as required by law.

8. Disclaimers and limits

• The service is provided as available. Generated content, speech recognition, and network connections may be affected by your device, environment, or third-party services.
• You should keep your own copy of content you need long term and independently evaluate answer examples before using them.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interview or hiring outcomes, indirect losses, or interruptions caused by events outside our control.
• Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction where Beijing Shenma Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. is located, subject to any mandatory rule of applicable law.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
