OfferCC App Support

Use the same OfferCC account and Apple ID used for the purchase, stay connected, and reopen the minutes purchase page in the app. The app checks and processes unfinished transactions verified by Apple. If that OfferCC account has been deleted, minutes cannot be credited to it. Do not purchase again until processing is complete.

Keep the app in the foreground and refresh your balance. If it still does not sync, keep the order or transaction identifier from your purchase receipt and contact support. Do not send your app store account password or full card details.

Check your network, sign in again inside the app using your original sign-in method, and allow the sign-in page to return to the app. For phone sign-in, check the country or region code and verification code. Do not start the same sign-in again in an external browser.

Confirm camera, photo-library, or file permission and choose a JPEG, PNG, or PDF no larger than 4MB. Keep the app in the foreground with a stable connection during upload. If it fails, select the file again and resubmit it.

Allow OfferCC to use the microphone in system settings, make sure the app is in the foreground and not muted, and check whether another call or recording app is using the microphone. Start a new training session after changing permission.
